D — Commercial Positioning
Combined Architecture View
CareBand is positioned as a determination and disclosure layer, not a replacement clinical system. It sits between requesters and existing systems of record.

Design principles
Non-displacing
The clinical management system remains the system of record. CareBand governs what leaves it and to whom.
Consistent across channels
Human requests, mobile home-care requests, partner integrations and analytics pipelines are evaluated by the same policy.
Recorded by construction
Every determination produces a decision record, so evidence is a by-product rather than a separate project.
Revocable
Access is time-bounded and purpose-bounded, so revocation and expiry are ordinary behaviour rather than exceptions.
The proposition is a control layer for disclosure, deployed alongside the systems Regis has already chosen.
